RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

  • Komodo family tour is glad to receive all any reservations in providing the accommodations you want. Therefore, advance reservation is more better to check the space availability for you.
  • To ensure the efficient of your tour booking, we would love to receive all of your tour details and requests through our official Email or WhatsApp number.
  • For all the tours you booked and dealt with our travel agent company, We would inform you that all the bookings should be prepaid. A deposit 30%(percent) is required on reservation date. Its to secure or block your tour booking with us. The faster you deposit us then the faster we confirmed of your tour booking.
  • After dealing and depositing us; please! Let us know in order that we will prepare the tour components such as Transportations for Cars, Boats and Hotels as soon as possible.
  • All the tour prices are quoted in IDR and other foreign currencies such as USD, EURO, GBP and it will be automatically converted into Indonesian Rupian based on the latest exchange rate of the bank in our country.
  • We are so sorry for being not possible for you to pay the tour coast by Credit Card when you arrive in Labuan Bajo but for the tour deposit is quite possible for you to pay via our PayPal account or our Local Bank account of our country.
  • For all payment by using PayPal, Bank account, etc, are not included the  transfer charge. So the balance delivered to our account is the same as the tour price we sent to you.
  • The balance payment is must be paid 3 days before trip (if you pay by transfer). It is also able to pay when you arrived in Labuan Bajo (We receive only cash).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

  • If the clients canceled the tour, it means that your down payment / deposit will not REFUNDABLE for any reason cancellation.
  • Cancellation made in 14 days before trip will be charged 50% from the total Price.
  • Cancellation made in 7-1 days before trip will be charged 80% from the total price.
  • Should the trip proceed and modification or reduction in planned destinations occur due weather exigencies, sea condition, or other pertinent factors as determined by the ship captain or by competent harbormaster authority, no refund or other forms of compensation shall be provided.
  • Komodo Family Tour is an agent which only acts in capacity of travel services and accommodations such as Hotels, Boats, Meals, Land/Sea Transportation, etc.. Therefore, we will not responsibility for any lost, damage, accident (including death), cancellation flight, etc.. which beyond out of our control.

INSURANCE

  • Komodo family tour don’t have prepared travel insurance for all clients who are used our services. Therefore, we highly recommended you to take travel insurances before booking the tour packages which provided by komodo family tour. Best Regards!
